Evelyn Arroyo

Evelyn Arroyo peacefully passed away in her sleep on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at her home in Fredericksburg.She was born on December 14, 1951 in Bridgeport, CT to Pablo Arroyo of Bayamon, PR and Gloria Maria Diaz-Rivera of Naranjito, PR. She proudly raised two successful sons, Joel and CWO5 David Cabrera while working and completing her college degree.She is survived by a family she dearly loved which includes her mother; her children, Joel, and David; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers; one sister; and many cousins, nephews, and nieces.Evelyn was preceded in death by her father, whom she greatly adored.The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 17 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.
