Pamela Mills

Pamela Mills, 74, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Mary Washington Hospital, battling her heart condition.

Pam was born on March 25, 1949 in Fredericksburg, Virginia, to Linda and William Smith. She went on to marry her high school sweetheart, Kenneth Mills. During their 59 years of marriage, the couple welcomed two children into their home. Her children remember her as a loving mother who enjoyed spending time with family.

Pam began working for General Products as a team lead, then retired to work at Smith Station Elementary as a custodian. She was passionate about arts and crafts, gardening, and reading. 

Pam is survived by her husband, Kenneth Mills; daughter Kendra Mills; sister Linda Roethle; grandchildren Stacey Reyes, Zachary Mills, and Malik Harrison; and her two feline friends, Pickles and Snuggles. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Travis Lee Mills.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26 at Oak Hill Cemetery.
