Timothy Stewart Amrhein



Timothy Stewart “ Tim” Amrhein, 59, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 after a fishing trip in the Northern Neck with some of his longtime friends, at the place he enjoyed from his youth, “The Rivah”.

Tim was born September 26, 1958 in Fredericksburg to the late Joseph A and Jane S. Amrhein.

Tim is survived by his wife, Beth Amrhein; and his two daughters, Hayden and Chloe Amrhein all of Fredericksburg; three brothers and their wives, Joseph and Patti Amrhein of Richmond, Ed and Katie Amrhein of Charlottesville and Jim and Debbie Amrhein of Treasure Island, FL.; his in-laws, Reggie and Elva Hayden of King George; his brother in-law and wife, Phil and Mary Hayden of Fredericksburg; and six nieces and nephews.

Tim was a longtime member of the Fredericksburg Dominion Club. He was also members of the Virginia Gentlemen Club and the Builders Association. Tim was employed with Blossman Gas Service doing sales and business development. He was a graduate of James Madison University and a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Tim will be missed by his family and friends. He was a wonderful brother and devoted husband and father.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday December 6 at Covenant Funeral Service on 4801 Jefferson Davis Highway, Fredericksburg, VA.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 7 at the funeral home chapel.
