Our deepest condolences from your friends at Prisma International in Minneapolis. We were so saddened to hear of Bill’s passing.
As you know, Bill was much more than an auditor—he was a coach, mentor, and guide for all things Quality. What we loved about Bill’s work as a consultant on Quality Systems was his sense of integrity, his belief that Quality is not just something you do in your job, but something you carry with you, embrace, and live.
We will all miss his smile, his wisdom, his support, and that twinkle in his eye when he was about to point out some crazy non-conformity, then save us from it and turn it into a teaching moment.
A big hug from halfway across the country, Charlotte.

To all the Hartman children and family my deepest sympathy.
Billy Hartman and I played football together at CCHS in Camp Hill PA...he was a defensive middle guard and I was a linebacker...so we were close physically and in friendship too
Always a guy with a great smile and laugh...I saw him last at a multi year Reunion...and we hugged and joked...I will miss him...the world will miss him...all my prayers...Jeff # 42 back then!!!

I met Bill at Knight's Armament doing an audit for them. He was a kind and caring person who ALWAYS spoke proudly of his family. RIP Bill you are going to be missed.
