Robin Wayne DeBord, 67, died Monday, March 5, 2018 at his home in Stafford County.
Robin was born on June 21, 1950, one of four sons of the late Gifford L. and Holland K. DeBord.
He was a life-long resident of Stafford County where he graduated from Stafford High School and worked at McLane Mid-Atlantic. He was an active volunteer and spent time serving his community as a life member and past rescue chief of Stafford Volunteer Rescue Squad and a member and past president of Stafford Volunteer Fire Department Company 2. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by three brothers, Victor Jay DeBord (Patrice) of Stafford, Jeffrey Lane DeBord of Spotsylvania and Kevin Scott DeBord of Westmoreland; nieces Renee DeBord Stahl (Richard) of Stafford, Ashley Gregorio (Alexandro) of Spotsylvania; nephews Scott DeBord, Andrew J. DeBord (Stephanie) of Spotsylvania and Brett DeBord of Stafford; three great-nieces; two great-nephews; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

So sorry to hear about Robin. When I would go to the nursing home to visit your mom, he would be there. That was the first time I had met him. What a faithful son he was. He was always there taking care of her needs. God bless you all.

I have such fond memories of Robin from the many calls we ran together at the Stafford Rescue Squad. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire DeBord family.

My heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to each of you as you go through this difficult and sad time. I have many find memories of Robin. He was always warm hearted and fun to be around. So very very sorry for your loss RIP Robin.

Robin was a good friend to my whole family...my Dad(Leroy),and my Mom(Tootsie)were very fond of Robin...I remember being in the Stafford Rescue Squad with him,when they first started out..Dad and Mom ran rescue calls with him for many years.He was a good man,and he will be missed by many...Rest in peace Robin..
