Assistance with the passing of Gregory Howard. Our family met with Dean to discuss final preparations and options. Dean is one of the most professional, courteous and understanding people I've ever dealt with in any business. He treated us with complete respect and care. He was helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic. After explaining or options and the process involved with cremation, he presented an invoice to us that was clear and concise and delivered this information in a direct patient manner. He then escorted us to a private space to say our goodbyes to Greg . He made us comfortable and gave us as much time as needed.
