Raymond Earl Garrett, 84, of Spotsylvania, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Garrett was a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant who had served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of the American Legion Spotsylvania Post 320. Mr. Garrett was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Garrett.
Survivors include his two children, Dennis Wayne Garrett (Sharon) of Gloucester and Tina B. King (Terry) of Spotsylvania; his grandchildren, Michael R. King (Amber) of Orange and Jeffrey W. King of Spotsylvania; his great-granddaughter, Cora Ray King of Orange; his brothers, J.C. Daugherty of Hampton and David Garrett of Charlottesville; and several nieces and nephews.
At Mr. Garrett’s request, services will be private.
